We would like to keep the cottages and the furnishings to a high standard for the enjoyment of all our guests. This means that we cannot have pets or smoking. Toddlers and waxed wood may not mix well so please talk it over with Noelle when considering your holiday.


We require a deposit of 25% or a minimum of £100 when booking, with the remaining balance to be paid a month prior to arrival. Please make cheques payable to Noelle Thornton, at Middleton Hall, Pickering, YO18 8NX. For special offers throughout the year please phone or look at our website. We ask guests to leave the cottages at 10.00 am to allow us time to prepare for our next arrivals. Your feedback in our guest books helps us to improve the experience that we offer.

Our prices range from £400 p/w during Winter to £680 during peak time in Summerand Christmas/New Year.
We offer short breaks between October and May, excluding Christmas and Easter, for up to four nights. For prices please consult our price table below.
